It doesn’t matter if you are a commerce, arts or science student because everyone read science in their high school and also we all love it.
We learn a lot more about science in our high school like Theory of relativity, DNA replication, Speed of light, Total internal reflection etc.
Science is so awesome and huge that if we all indulge our self completely in science every day, we still miss something. It’s like if it’s once you take your learning to the next level that things get really interesting.
There is no particular order of submitting or reading these incredible facts. That’s why just read and learn no where matter at number I wrote that fact. All are fabulous and independent.
Here is the list of Top 5 Incredible Science Facts Which Will Blow Your Mind .
1. Water can boil and freeze at the same time.
Yes, it true. It’s called triple point and it occurs when the temperature and pressure is just right for the three phases(solid, liquid, gas) of a substance to coexist in thermodynamic equilibrium.
2. Laser can get trapped in a waterfall
Seriously. Oh my gosh. Not only is this an example of total internal reflection but also it shows and explains how the fibre optic cables work to guide the flow of light.
3. An Egg looks like a crazy jellyfish underwater
Don’t think it’s a fake story. It’s true one. Read here. A cracked egg on land might make a big mess, but 60feet below the surface of the ocean, the pressure on the egg is 2.8times atmospheric pressure, and it holds it all together like an invisible egg shell.
4. You can prove Pythagoras’ theorem with the help of fluid
Yes, it’s true. It really seems odd but you need not buying what your maths teacher is selling when they tell you a2 + b2 = c2? You can actually prove it with liquid. See this video on YouTube.
5. Thanks to Physics, Cats Always land on their feet.
Smarter Every Day demonstrated this awesome slow-mo footage, cats actually use the two halves of their bodies separately to ensure rapid rotation(don’t try this at home).
